Moderation

Requirements:

Age 16 or older
Active on the server for at least 1 month
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and patient demeanor
Available 10+ hours per week
No recent infractions

Responsibilities:

Answer player questions
Help new players get started
Report issues to moderators
Maintain a welcoming environment

Moderator

Moderation

Enforce server rules and maintain a safe community

Requirements:

Age 18 or older
Previous moderation experience preferred
Strong understanding of server rules
Mature and level-headed
Available 15+ hours per week
Helper experience recommended

Responsibilities:

Moderate chat and player behavior
Handle player reports
Issue warnings and bans when needed
Coordinate with other staff members

Builder

Creative

Create amazing structures and environments for the server

Requirements:

Age 15 or older
Portfolio of previous builds
Proficiency with WorldEdit
Creative and detail-oriented
Available 12+ hours per week
Experience with various building styles

Responsibilities:

Build spawn areas and hubs
Create event locations
Design player housing templates
Collaborate on large projects

Developer

Technical

Develop features and maintain server infrastructure

Requirements:

Age 16 or older
Experience with Java/Spigot API
Understanding of Minecraft mechanics
Git/GitHub experience
Problem-solving skills
Portfolio of previous projects

Responsibilities:

Develop custom plugins
Fix bugs and optimize performance
Implement new features
Maintain documentation

Content Creator

Marketing

Create content to promote the server and engage the community

Requirements:

Age 15 or older
Active YouTube/Twitch channel or social media
Video editing skills
Engaging personality
Regular content schedule
Minimum 500 followers/subscribers

Responsibilities:

Create videos/streams featuring the server
Promote server events
Engage with the community
Provide feedback on player experience
