By connecting to The Hobb Network Minecraft server or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Server Rules

All players must follow our Server Rules. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server. Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All actions taken on your Minecraft account
• Keeping your account secure
• Any purchases or transactions made with your payment information

If your account is compromised, notify staff immediately. We are not responsible for losses due to account theft or sharing.

4. Purchases and Donations

All purchases of ranks, items, or services are considered donations to support server costs. Virtual items have no real-world value.

• All sales are final - no refunds except in rare circumstances
• Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban
• We reserve the right to remove purchased items if obtained through fraud
• Ranks and items are not transferable between accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Hobb Network, including builds, custom code, and designs, is owned by The Hobb Network or its creators. Players retain ownership of their original builds but grant us license to use them as part of the server.

The Hobb Network is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

6. User-Generated Content

Players may create builds, write chat messages, and contribute content. By doing so, you:

• Grant us the right to use, modify, or display your content
• Confirm you have the right to upload/create the content
• Agree your content follows our rules and is appropriate

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our rules or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the server online 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The server may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or emergencies
• DDoS attacks or security threats
• Hosting provider issues

We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or currency due to downtime or server issues.

8. Banned or Suspended Accounts

If your account is banned or suspended, you:

• May lose access to purchased ranks or items
• Can appeal through our Discord server
• Are not entitled to a refund
• May not evade the ban with alternate accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

The Hobb Network and its staff are not liable for:

• Loss of in-game items, currency, or progress
• Server downtime or data loss
• Actions of other players
• Third-party services we integrate with

Use the server at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced on Discord and in-game.

11. Server Closure

If The Hobb Network permanently closes, we are not obligated to provide refunds for purchases. We will provide reasonable notice if possible.
